Terra Lynne Lane began her career in styling at the young age of 16 and prides herself as an expert in all facets of hair. The Palm Springs Valley native formally trained through the AVEDA Institute apprentice program where she learned that hair is more than coloring, cutting, and styling. For Terra, hair is about creating a unique look for each individual from start to finish and that customizing a color and cut makes each client stand out in a crowd.

Terra’s passion for hair art was enhanced throughout her childhood when she was a stage performer and in the beauty pageant world. It was during those formative years that she learned the transformational qualities the right hair designer could give anyone. She was introduced to the high fashion hair design world of El Paseo through her mother’s retail career on the exclusive shopping street. This combination of early childhood and teen experiences fueled Terra’s passion to one day own her own full-service salon in the world-renowned El Paseo Shopping District, and now she owns Terra Lane which opened in January.

In her 15 years of hair design, Terra has built loyal relationships with the cosmopolitan and fashion savvy, celebrities, visitors and locals, alike.
